Justin's journey began at NewFields and UES, where he honed the craft of environmental consulting. However, he soon realized that the overhead and bureaucracy of large corporations often hindered his ability to provide the nimble, responsive, and cost-effective service his clients deserved. Thus, Playa Environmental was created to bridge this gap, offering the same high-quality service with a more personalized touch.

As a field biologist at heart, Justin finds his greatest joy in working directly with the wildlife of Southern Nevada. His passion for hands-on work with desert tortoises is a testament to his dedication and expertise in the field. This, combined with his extensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape, allows him to guide clients through the permitting and compliance process.
